Terms of Use
Welcome to Japan Baseball Experience. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your booking and participation in our private baseball experience (the “Experience”). By booking or participating in the Experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in the Experience, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or participate.
2. Description of Experience
Japan Baseball Experience provides a private, locally hosted baseball game experience in Japan. The Experience includes:
- Assistance with securing game tickets
- In-person hosting during the game
- Cultural explanation and fan guidance
- One beer per guest (if included in the booking)
We do not operate as a licensed travel agency.
The Experience does not include transportation, accommodation, or travel arrangements unless explicitly stated.
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Payment is processed via Stripe or an approved payment provider.
- Prices include ticket costs and hosting fees as stated.
- Optional upgrades (e.g., seat upgrades) are subject to availability and additional fees.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of non-payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations, changes, and refunds requested by the guest are not permitted.
However, if the game is officially canceled due to weather, the organizer’s decision, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, provide one of the following:
Offer to reschedule the Experience, subject to availability
Refund an amount that we reasonably determine corresponds to the unprovided portion of the booking
Please note that if arrangements, preparations, or related costs have already been incurred, the corresponding amount may be non-refundable.
5. Assumption of Risk
By participating, you acknowledge that:
- Sporting events involve inherent risks (crowds, noise, weather conditions).
- You are responsible for your own health and safety.
- You agree to follow stadium rules and Japanese laws.
Japan Baseball Experience is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring at the venue.
6. Alcohol Policy
If alcohol is included:
- Guests must meet Japan’s legal drinking age (20 years old).
- Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption.
- We are not liable for consequences related to excessive alcohol use.
7. Guest Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during booking.
- Arrive at the meeting point on time.
- Respect stadium staff, other guests, and public behavior standards.
- Follow all venue policies and Japanese laws.
We reserve the right to end the Experience without refund if behavior is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Experience is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee:
- Specific game outcomes
- Player appearances
- Exact seating location beyond category purchased
Our total liability for any claim related to the Experience shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to Japan Baseball Experience.
We are not liable for:
- Weather conditions
- Transportation delays
- Personal property loss
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, etc.)
9. Photography & Media
During the Experience, photos may be taken for promotional use.
By participating, you grant permission for reasonable use of such images unless you request otherwise in writing before the Experience.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
